Description
=======================
Umbra's a pretty ordinary looking Orc that puts up a mediocre fight in the original game. I wanted to give everyone's favorite death-seeking orsimer an overhaul; both in appearance and in combat. The idea was that it would take a truly masterful character to best this beast of a warrior. Appropriately, the loot you'll receive from defeating Umbra has been increased. There are now 7 new weapons and a few armor pieces (including Orcish Gauntlets). The weapons aren't dainty pieces, being between Ebony and Daedric in stats - remember that Umbra is now much harder to beat, I'll talk about the details on that below.

Umbra, Blademaster: You know how Umbra plays himself up, telling you of all the people he's killed, villages he's burned, races exterminated? Well, he's truly living up to that persona with this mod. Umbra now has stats comparable to Divayth Fyr, the toughest NPC in Vvardenfell. I have scripted in some events to make your fight with Umbra more memorable. Nothing too fancy, but it might catch you by surprise. Don't try challenging Umbra with your level 20 fighter and think to beat him anymore, he's one tough nut to crack.

Umbra, Style Guru: Without this mod, Umbra is just another Orc in Orcish armor. With this mod, he's made into something more unique. Umbra now has a relative arsenal strapped to his back and hip. I've made tweaked versions of Fallen One's Umbra*** and called them Umbral Weapons. Umbra now has a unique claymore, longsword, shortsword, dagger, and spear strapped on. He's also got some throwing knives and javelins (rehashed daggers and spears) stashed on his person. I've tweaked his armor so that no skin is showing; his pauldrons now use the previously unused Orcish armor forearm piece and I have created Orcish gauntlets to cover his hands. So you may see that I didn't drastically change him. He's still wearing that Orcish armor rather than some bright and shiny new set, it's his trademark and I only wanted to expand on that, not replace it.

***PLEASE NOTE: Fallen One's Umbra replacer is included in this mod. It is included as a PLUGINLESS REPLACER. It WILL overwrite any other pluginless Umbra replacer you may currently be using.


Installation
=======================
Paste the files in this archive into your Morrowind/Data Files directory (PLEASE NOTE the NOTE above before installing). Then activate the .ESP in your favorite mod manager.

Conflicts
=======================
If you use Weapon Sheathing (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46069), I recommend that you use the MCM to exclude the NPC "umbra" while using this mod as I already include my own custom sheaths on him.

If you have entered the cell where Umbra is located (7,-7) with your current save before loading this plugin, Umbra (NPC) will most likely not have his new gear equipped and his scripted behavior might not work. As such, it is recommended that you start a new character to fight Umbra with.

However, if you just HAVE to fight the new Umbra with your existing character, then there is something you can do:

1) Download and install the "Enchanted Editor" (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Enchanted_Editor).
2) Make a back up of your SAVE game.
3) Open the Enchanted Editor and click on File->Open and then navigate to your Morrowind Save game folder which is in your Main Morrowind installation folder (where the exe. file is) and click on the save game file (ess. file) that you want to use.
4) Scroll down until you see "Cells" (1581) and click on it. (DO NOT check the box)
5) Scroll down until you find cell 7, -7 and put a check in the box next to it. A window will pop up on the right and click the delete button.
6) Wait for the magic to complete and then SAVE
7) Go and get your ass kicked by Umbra and enjoy it!

Please acquire proper permissions before reuploading, repackaging, or altering this mod. I am not expressly giving any permissions. Please ask. The variants of FO's Umbra sword were made by me and I would appreciate being contacted before their reuse in something to be released.
